When you call, text, email, or fill out our quote request form, we receive the contact details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of what you need help with. If we perform service, we keep records of those visits for scheduling and regulatory purposes. When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard request information such as your IP address, browser, and the pages you visited, which is used to keep the site secure and reliable. We also use two website analytics tools, Google Analytics and Metricool, to see how many people visit, which pages they view, and how they found us (for example, a Google search or one of our social media posts). These tools report visits in summary form; they don't tell us who you are.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and complete services, send appointment confirmations, and follow up about seasonal treatments. If you opt in to a regular service program (lawn care, pest prevention, mosquito treatments), we keep your schedule on file so we can remind you when it's time. We do not send unsolicited marketing.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade your contact details. We do not share your information with third parties for advertising. We do not run advertising trackers on this website, and we use our analytics only to understand and improve the site.
We share only what's needed to do the work: payment processors handle payment information directly, our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and visit information is processed by Google Analytics and Metricool to produce our website statistics. Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture regulations require us to keep pesticide application records — those stay with us unless requested by the department. If you need a sister service (like honey bee relocation through The Alleman Apiary), we'll pass along only the details needed to help you.
Service records (pest applications, lawn treatments, wildlife removals) are kept for at least three years per PA Department of Agriculture requirements, and often longer for ongoing customer relationships. Casual inquiries that don't lead to service are typically cleared within a year.
This website does not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones, and our hosting provider may use minimal technical cookies for security and performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on; the site works the same either way.
You can ask us at any time to delete your contact information, opt out of future follow-ups, or send you a copy of what we have on file. Just call, text, or email and we'll take care of it.
