Hours & Response Time
Phone & Text: 7 days a week, day and evening.
Service Visits: Monday–Friday by appointment. Most routine work books a few days to a week out.
Saturdays: Emergency requests only — active stinging nests, wildlife in living spaces, or other urgent issues. Sundays very limited.
Emergencies: Active stinging insect nests, wildlife in living spaces — same-day or next-day priority.
